Last November 18th the Kassia Quartet, formed by students from the Centre Superiorat the Liceu Conservatory Foundation, participated in the festival Ressona Tardor de Cardedeu 2022.
The quartet is formed by Eduard Moya and Miguel Cánovas (violin), Sara Zayani (viola) and Min Cho (cello).
The concert took place in the Sala de Columnes of the Cardedeu Town Hall from 20h to 21h and they performed, among others, works by W.A. Mozart, S. Tsintsadze, X. Turull and L.v. Beethoven.
The Kassia Quartet has been in the news in the last few years after winning several competitions such as the Sant Anastasi instrumental competition, Joves Talents Musicals d’Andorra and the Girona prize for musical interpretation. They are also members of large youth orchestras such as the Jove Orquestra Nacional de Catalunya, the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra and the Youth Orchestra of the region of Murcia.
From the Liceu Conservatory Foundation, we congratulate the Kassia Quartet for their performance and we wish them every success in their professional career.
