The Liceu Conservatory, located in the center of Barcelona, dedicates itself to the music teaching at the highest level since its foundation in 1837.
It is the tip of the big educative pyramid of the Liceu Conservatory (that englobes all the educative levels). Its objective is the excellence in the Music performance, creation, and pedagogy with a training program for the Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s and Postgraduate degrees. These studies prepare the students to develop their profession in a music world increasingly open and demanding.
The expert faculty, the masterclasses by visiting guests and the performing projects in several training modules (orchestra, chamber music, opera, big band, combos, etc.) guarantee reaching these objectives. The Center also benefits from one of the biggest scholarship funds in the country and the suitable modern facilities.
