After graduating in 2001 at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome, under the direction of maestro G. Schiavone, Taballione studied with important international flutists such as M. Marasco, J.C. Gerard, M. Larrieu, D. Formisano, M. Caroli, and W. Schultz. She continued her studies in Switzerland, at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique de Genève, in the class of Maestro J. Zoon, obtaining the “Diploma de Soliste avec Distinction” unanimously in 2007.
Since 1998, he has delved into the study of composition, a discipline in which he graduated in 2008 in the class of F. Carotenuto, at the same Santa Cecilia Conservatory.
In 2008 he won the principal flute competition at the Orquesta Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, at the Bologna Teatro Comunale Orchestra and since September of the same year, performs as first flute soloist at the Bayerische Staatsoper in München.
He is invited as principal flute by some of the most outstanding European orchestras such as the Milan Scala Philharmonic Orchestra, the Santa Cecilia National Academy Orchestra, the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, the Hamburg NDR Sinfonieorchester, and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, among others.
