MÚSICA AND NATURE, SONIC DIALOGUES ABOUT OUR PLANET
With: Nacho Peres – Responsible for Permacultura – Ferrer Sustainability Foundation
And with the Music of Professors and Students of the Liceu Conservatory
The first concert of the cycle aims to be a captivating experience of deep connection between Music and Nature. During the evening, we will observe how composers, over centuries, found inspiration in the sounds and beauty of the natural environment and how they merged harmonies, melodies, and textures to create an emotional dialogue with our planet. The disseminator will promote reflection on soundscapes and the role of society in preserving them.
In parallel, with this concert the Conservatori Liceu Foundation aims to highlight the need to achieve climate action goals set by the 2030 agenda. In this sense, in addition to implementing improvements in energy consumption and waste management, the institution actively seeks to raise awareness in society about the importance of transitioning towards sustainability in human activity and the protection of the planet through Music.
