Egberto Gismonti will offer a meeting on November 23 at the Higher Conservatory of Music Liceu, within the Liceu Jazz – Masterclasses & Concerts concert series, which within October and December 2024 will schedule master classes, meetings and concerts by renowned jazz artists, turning the city of Barcelona into the nerve center of international jazz. These activities will take place mainly in the Auditori Conservatori Liceu, a space located in the heart of the Raval district, fully consolidated and recognized as one of the best of its kind in our country.
Brazilian musician Egberto Gismonti is known for his virtuosity on guitar and piano, deeply influencing contemporary music with his unique style that blends jazz, classical music, and Brazilian rhythms.
