Iverson’s return with his new stage fellow

 

Last Autumn, we could enjoy one of the last concerts and an unforgettable masterclass by Ethan Iverson with its famous band The Bad Plus. Luckily, it was not a final farewell, we will welcome him again at the Liceu Conservatory with a new stage fellow, saxophone player Mark Turner, and promising us high doses of the best jazz. From their first meeting in New York during the late 90s, and their performances with the Billy Hart Quartet, they have formed a successful duo with renowned albums such as Temporary Kings and themes such as Myron’s World, which is already a classic of contemporary jazz.
