As part of the Liceu Jazz series, the Live Room Conservatori Liceu houses every Wednesday the concerts of the Great Ensembles of the Jazz and Modern Music Department of the Conservatori Liceu.
On this occasion, the concert will feature the Liceu Big Band, conducted by Sergi Vergés, one of the country’s most respected big band arrangers. In this performance, fourth-year students will present a high-quality repertoire designed to highlight and develop their skills as soloists. This ensemble has become a key fixture in the city’s jazz scene and is one of the few stable big bands of its kind in the country, offering its members a fully professional musical experience.
