As part of the Liceu Jazz series, attendees can enjoy the music of the students during the highly anticipated Jam Sessions organized by the Liceu Conservatory’s Jazz and Modern Music Department, held every Thursday in the Live Room Conservatori Liceu. Led by a different professor each week, these sessions give students the opportunity to share the stage with other musicians, allowing them to gain regular experience performing in front of an audience. The Jam Sessions always conclude with a segment open to anyone who wishes to participate.
These Jam Sessions have become a must-attend event in Barcelona’s jazz scene, thanks to the high level of its participants.
