Leonor Watling and Leo Sidran form the musical duo Leo & Leo. Leonor Watling is a Spanish actress and singer, known for her work with the band Marlango. Leo Sidran is an American musician, composer and producer, and also co-producer of the Oscar-winning song “Al Otro Lado Del Río”. Their collaboration brings together Watling’s voice with Sidran’s compositions and arrangements, alongside with The Groovy French Band (Sidran’s usual musicians) as backing band.
The Liceu Jazz – Masterclasses & Concerts concert series is part of the close collaboration that the Fundació Conservatori Liceu has maintained for 14 years with the Barcelona Jazz Festival, with the patronage of the Ferrer Music Foundation.
