Donny McCaslin has established himself as one of the most talented and versatile jazz musicians of his generation. Beginning his career in the 1990s, McCaslin became known for his technical skill and his innovative approach to saxophone playing. He has collaborated with numerous renowned artists, including Gary Burton, Maria Schneider, and Dave Douglas, and has recorded several albums as a leader. McCaslin and his quartet have been recognized worldwide for his collaboration with David Bowie on his album Blackstar.
