The annual Kaimerata proposal returns, conduced by our professor and concertmaster of the Symphony Orchestra of the Gran Teatre del Liceu, Kai Gleusteen, featuring various ensembles made up of professors from the Conservatori Liceu.
This year, it will present four concerts with a unifying theme of French music: a repertoire of great interest consisting of masterpieces by composers such as Maurice Ravel, Claude Debussy, Jean Françaix, Olivier Messiaen, Francis Poulenc, and Gabriel Fauré.
In this third recital, violinist Kai Gleusteen will be joined by cellist Oscar Alabau and pianist Catherine Ordronneau. The program will feature Ravel’s Trio, Debussy’s Suite Bergamasque, and Milhaud’s Le Bœuf sur le toit in its version for violin and piano.
Liceu Cambra – Masterclasses & Concerts series has the patronage of Ferrer-Salat Music Foundation.
PROGRAM:
Trio for violin, cello, and piano, by Maurice Ravel
