Once again, the Liceu Conservatory is joining in the celebration of International Women’s Day with activities that highlight female musical creativity and raise awareness of its richness and importance.
On 5 March, a concert with commentary will take place in the Live Room of the Liceu Conservatory, in which students from the Centre will perform works by composers from across the Atlantic. The programme includes creations by four composers from Brazil, Mexico and the United States: Francisca Gonzaga, María Garfías, María Grever y Amy Beach.
